Homewood Bagel Company (HBC) is a family-owned bagel shop in downtown Homewood, AL that serves handcrafted bagels made fresh each and every day.

After a year of testing recipes, conducting market research, and baking hundreds of batches of bagels, they landed on the perfect bagel in January 2017. The HBC bagel is soft and chewy on the inside, with a crunchy, blistered outside crust.
